Little Tales
This is one of the stories from the yet untitled debut book which Mishana is writing.

At heart, Mishana is a reclusive writer from a different century, crouched over a wooden desk book, scribbling with a scratchy quill, with half-eaten apple cores scattered around, and with a moody old cat wrapped around her feet, and with published books to her name. In real life, she has only the moody old cat, and a somewhat obsolete computer to write on, and is working very hard on achieving the published book.

What interests her most is how literature has influenced society, and how writing was influenced by events or beliefs during the lifetime of the writer. She has finished her Masters in Literature, and is planning to delve deeper into it eventually, by studying Victorian Literature and Society. It’s a constant struggle within to give up everything and go somewhere alone to write, or to give in and work for the pay cheque at the end of the month.

3rd Thought Testimonial: Our writing artists are bound to owe her a lot if they find success in personal or public avenues. Her impeccable criticism, maybe positive or negative, but is perfectly constructive and rejuvenating. An artifact from her is still highly desired.
